205 members completed the member survey questionnaire in November and December last year, a little down on the 267 who completed it in March last year. The results summarised in the table below show the answers you gave to the questions of how important to you particular aspects of the club are and how satisfied you are with them. The results from Baberton members as at March and December 2015 are also compared with the national average results for the same questions.

There are no surprises in the areas which continue to be most important to you and these can be summarised as Course, Customer Service and Management. There has been some improvement in members’ satisfaction in these and all other areas but I acknowledge that there is still work to be done.

You will see from the accompanying document how your Board intend dealing with each of these areas in a little detail whilst not losing sight of the many other areas which require a great deal of consideration and attention from your Board.
